Spatio-autocorrelation
Training

The University of Utah, in collaboration with the University of New Mexico, the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez, and the University of Texas at El Paso hosted a virtual multi-day interactive collaborative spatio-autocorrelation (SPAC) training run by Dr. Surya Pachhai, Research Assistant Professor, of the University of Utah Department of Geology & Geophysics. Dr. Pachhai led this hands-on training of the spatio-autocorrelation (SPAC) technique that was attended by approximately 10 students and faculty. These trainings will go into a repository of tools for C-C-CIES students and faculty. This is the first technical workshop that the Center has hosted. Future workshops are expected and will be made available to the public. If interested in attending future trainings, please subscribe to our website!
